All parts are brand new unless otherwise stated. That means the part has a box that has never been opened. or if the box has been opened it is to mark the board before shipment for security reasons. At time of sale, we will open the box and mark the board so that fraudulent activity like sending back the old board will not be accepted. Returns are accepted only if the board is in the original form with the marking was sent back or if the board is verified not working.
