The classic space marine tactical from the 2nd edition plastic tactical squad, a staple of many second edition collections. The venerable 'I love my bolter' marine was many people's first exposure to space marines as they featured in the second edition Warhammer 40,000 boxed set. This particular marine is painted in a vibrant Blood Angels scheme, complete with transfers. If you wished to recruit this marine into your own (different) chapter, it wouldn't be too much effort to strip the paint. Biostrip 20 works well on plastic models. An iconic sculpt of the second edition and the 1990s, any nostalgic Warhammer 40,000 collection must have at least one of these marines, if not at least to paint bronze and place it on a plinth in your miniature city as an Imperial statue.
